The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas. As you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them. A few comments will be chosen at random and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products. To see the full list of winners check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hops.
Today's hop will feature my Winter Blocks stamp set along with Let it Snow by Theresa Momber.
For my sample I have another card featuring my Winter Blocks stamp set. I love this set for not only Christmas cards but also birthdays and general winter wishes. Here is a peek at the set in full:
Winter Blocks by Tami Mayberry for Gina K. Designs
A few facts about this set:
Each image block measures 2 1/4"
The dotted line is right at 6 1/2" in length
The first letter of each word measures roughly 1/2" in height
The oval in the top right can be used all year
Possible sentiments include:
Happy December Birthday
Happy January Birthday
Another thing to note is that the oval in this set matches the oval openings of my Block Greetings stamp set (shown below)
Block Greeting sentiments will also fit the Winter Blocks set.
My Quick & Easy Winter Blocks Birthday Card
I have lots of Winter birthdays in my family so today I have a snowflake birthday card to share. For this card I die-cut a frame with my Sizzix Scalllop Polka Dot Frame Layers (#659129) die and attached it to my card front. The image was stamped and die-cut then placed in the center with foam tape. Finally I embellished with some blue gems.
Finally, be sure to check out all the amazing designs and inspiration.
I'll be back tomorrow with another Winter Blocks project so be sure and bookmark my blog!
